Buyerbeacon.com set to kickoff in July 2008!!!
Well its been almost a year since we began development of buyerbeacon.com and we are putting the finishing touches on the site as we speak. The official rollout of the site is set for July 2008!!! If you havent had a chance to look at the site yet check us out at buyerbeacon.com. The basic idea behind the site is to create a virtual marketplace for buying and selling real estate. Using the concept of social networking buyerbeacon.com allows not only sellers to list their homes as seen in traditional real estate websites it also allows home buyers to create a personal profile which describes what type of homes they are looking to buy. In this way a seller is able to actively search for a buyer for their home and a homebuyer can sit back and wait until a seller contacts them or can search home listings just as they would on a traditional real estate website. The site also give realtors a great advantage in the real estate market place because they can create a seller profile, create and manage multiple listings, and can also search and contact possible buyers that match their listings. The site is a two way street for buyers and sellers and the future of real estate marketing. Co-founder, Peter Fabbri describes the site, "Buyer Beacon is a virtual real estate marketplace thats as easy to use as facebook or myspace!" He goes on to state, "We are a social networking real estate website designed for the next generation of home buyers and sellers." Buyer Beacon is set to rollout in July 2008.
